"We closed to reopen better by mid-June": what's happening in this nursery in Cagnes-sur-Mer?

"We closed to reopen better by mid-June," said Eric Avril, a landscape contractor. The 7,500m² nursery along the Route des Alpes opposite Shopping Promenade Riviera (formerly Polygone Riviera) in Cagnes-sur-Mer has been partially emptied.

"Created six years ago, it was not working as well. So we halved the surface area and we are going to start custom-making and selling planters, pots and fire pits in Corten steel. And I will continue to sell trees," says Eric Avril. The landscape contractor, present in Cagnes-sur-Mer, Roquefort-les-Pins and Villeneuve-Loubet and who employs around thirty people, has therefore signed a new three-year lease on Route des Alpes.

The owner, Elancia, builder of the neighboring shopping center, is therefore looking for a tenant for the other half of the land. No real estate project in sight. At least, not for now.
